Real Estate Route — Most Popular Option
Requirements
- Property valuation by a licensed real estate appraiser confirming 400,000 USD or more in market value
- Title deed registered in the foreigner's name
- A 3-year no-sale restriction annotation placed on the title deed
Key Points
Valuation: It is the market value determined by a licensed appraiser — not the title deed value — that is used. Applications without sufficient valuation are rejected.
Multiple properties: A single title deed is not required. Multiple properties with a combined value exceeding 400,000 USD may be used.
Completing the threshold: Additional purchases can be made on a previously owned property to reach the 400,000 USD threshold.
