Can't Find Your Reference Number?
The reference number is automatically sent to the employer's email and e-Government account when the application is submitted. If it's lost:
- Ask your employer to check "My Applications" in their e-Government account
- Call the Ministry of Labour Contact Centre: 170 (weekdays 08:00–17:00, Turkish)
- Log in to e-Government with your foreign ID number and search directly
Processing Times in 2026
- Standard application: 15–30 working days
- After additional documents submitted: 10–15 more working days
- Turquoise Card: Up to 90 days
